Where is my order?

You can follow the status of your de Livre Photo, Calendrier, Carte et Grands Formats order in real time by logging onto  "My Account".

"My Account" gives you direct access to all information related to your projets, your orders, vos Club points…

In the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, please click “my order”; this will display all your past and present orders. In order to track your latest order, please click “+” in the status column.

Don’t forget that you will receive an email confirming that your parcel has been dispatched.
